I’m an integrative therapist offering sessions in person and online in Hackney in North London.
I offer a calm, open space for you to explore yourself and what’s going on for you. You might want to look at an issue you’re experiencing now, think about something from your past, or use the space for general self-exploration.
Whatever your aims, I believe in the value of carving out a regular, trusted space for reflection and exploration, and in the possibility of creating that space together.
People come to therapy for a wide range of reasons. It might be that you’re feeling anxious or depressed, you’re troubled by recurring patterns in your life, there’s a specific issue you want to address, or you’re searching for a supportive space in a world that can feel too much.
Some themes, feelings and issues that might come up in our work include depression, anxiety, grief, shame, anger, self harm, suicidal feelings, abuse, race and racism, religion, sex and sexuality, relationships (including polyamory and nonmonogamy), gender, disability and illness, food, neurodivergence, family and community, communication and work.
