Structure
I offer both time-limited and open-ended therapy, either in person in Hackney or online.
Sessions are weekly and last for 50 minutes.
As a first step, I offer a 15 minute phone call, followed by an initial session for us to meet, get to know each other, explore what brings you to therapy, and address any concerns or questions you have.
I offer new clients an initial 12 week contract. Towards the end of the contract, we can discuss whether you would like to end your sessions after 12 weeks, or move into an open-ended contract.
Fees
Initial session | £40
Ongoing sessions | £70
I often have a small number of lower-cost slots available. Please get in touch if you would like to enquire about these.
The space
I work in a comfortable, purpose-built room in a community centre. It is temperate and sound resistant.
Accessibility
Getting here
The building is located off Stoke Newington High Street. It is well-connected, with bus stops served by 8 routes 30-60 metres away, and a Weaver Line train station 300 metres away.
The building
The therapy room is on the first floor of the building. There are 20 stairs to the first floor, with a strong handrail. There is no lift.
There is a waiting area outside the therapy room which has a chair and table.
There is a spacious all-gender bathroom on the ground floor which includes a grab rail and a full-length mirror, and a smaller all-gender toilet between the first and second floors.
The room itself can be used flexibly. It has comfortable seats which can be moved around, blankets and cushions, and variable lighting. There is heating and a fan.
